Does it stop with the heads of state or does it trickle down to local governments, schools, churches, television, do you know where it end?

Lets lay it on the line, first lets define what a conspiracy is, according to Wikipedia it is….
A secret agreement between two or more people to perform an unlawful act
A plot to carry out some harmful or illegal act (especially a political plot)
A group of conspirators banded together to achieve some harmful or illegal purpose
Now what is a conspiracy theory…
A conspiracy theory is a theory that claims an event or series of events is the result of secret manipulations by two or more individuals or an organization, rather than the result of a single perpetrator or natural occurrence. Conspiracy theories often defy an official or dominant understanding of events, and proponents sometimes substitute zeal for logic.
We won’t replace reality with zeal, but we won’t sugar coat what we believe to be true. We don’t care what the brainwashed masses think of us, it’s the few with enough commonsense to see the truth are whom we are seeking out.
